Leicester City Provider Portal

As the use of this portal involves recording personal details of children, you must keep data secure at all times.

• Keep username/password details secure. Passwords must not be stored on paper, a sticky note, calendar or any other stationery on or near your desk. Your password must never be placed online or anywhere where it may be accessed by others.

• Do not use the portal in a public place, where details may be seen by unauthorised persons.

• Do not leave your computer or other devices unattended when logged into the portal.

• Do not allow anyone else to use your login credentials.

• Log out of the portal securely, using the Sign out button.

• Inform us immediately when a portal user leaves the setting, to enable us to deactivate their account.

• Inform us immediately if you think your account has been compromised (i.e. hacked).

• Where a generic email address is used for the portal user account, it remains the provider's responsibility to control their staff access to that email address.
